If I can give 0 stars I would. I went to go check out a 2015 jeep grand Cherokee with my younger sister on Jan 10, 2026 as she was in need of a reliable vehicle. At first everything went smooth took the car for a test drive there was no check engine light on, everything was working properly, heating, A/C worked. He used this car as a “demo”. I was adamant on her not getting this car but she really liked it and this was her dream car. It is now almost the end of Feb and it’s only been 1 month since we purchased this car and we are now having issues with it. When she accelerates it will go into neutral for no reason (dangerous by the way!) and now the heat and AC doesn’t work either, no air comes out at all. I understand that we signed a contract that it was sold as is. But I am super upse

The staff was friendly, transparent, and didn’t pressure me at all. Andy was super patient when I was having exceeding limit issues with my card and was helpful while I found alternatives. He made the whole process smooth and quick, and I really appreciated how easy it was to handle everything, including the paperwork. I’ve been driving the car for a bit now and it’s been running great. Definitely recommend them if you’re looking for a solid used car without the usual dealership headaches!

Amazing experience!!! Andy was fantastic and made the entire process smooth and effortless. We scheduled an appointment to see the car, and when we arrived, he mentioned that he had received multiple inquiries about it but had told others the car was on hold for us until 6pm. He didn't have to do that, which truly demonstrated his integrity and professionalism. We purchasing the car, and the entire process took less than an hour. I highly recommend him and would definitely buy from him again!!!
