I can’t say enough good things about the Jordan NAPA store — especially the manager, Hunter. Every time I stop in, he goes above and beyond to help. No matter how random or specific the part or tool I need is, Hunter somehow always finds it — and fast. It’s like he has a sixth sense for auto parts. Whether I come in with a detailed request or a vague description that starts with “it’s the thing that connects to the other thing,” he knows exactly what I’m talking about. He’s knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cares about getting people what they need the first time. Customer service like this is rare. Hunter makes this NAPA feel like a place you can count on — and that’s why I’ll keep coming back. Grateful to have this store (and Hunter) in the neighborhood!

This is one of the rare places where I can find the racing oil that I need, and they always have it in stock. It's great to see that they also have all the other parts I need readily available, and without charging exorbitant prices. Overall, it's a fantastic experience to shop here, and I highly recommend it.

Nice place and people, lots of stock, but sold us the wrong part.. We told the guy the make, model and year of the car and we got the wrong spark plugs.. Returned though no bother..

Gary just helped us fix a bearing cap on our trailer tire. He is so kind over the phone as well as in person. He turned our emergency into a sigh of relief. Within in ten minutes we were off and running on our road trip again. We’d come back here in a heartbeat. Thanks Gary!!!
