‘23 Chevy Traverse Best experience I’ve ever had getting a windshield replaced and I usually go to safelite with insurance. I called this establishment when my wife got a crack in her windshield, because I had seen it driving by. I figured I’d call and see if they took insurance. Not only did they take insurance, but they talked to my specific company about being paid directly rather than me being reimbursed. They saved me a load of money, used quality materials, and completed the job, including calibration, in and hour and a half. The waiting area was nice, had a large leather couch with water and coffee. Just a great experience overall. Locally owned and operated, owner was very nice and helped me out a lot.

They are super friendly and have great customer service. I'm pretty sure the owner Marc has never met a stranger in his life. They got me in quick and did a great job at a good price. Way better than safe lite. Highly recommend

If I could give 0 stars, I would.... Horrible business man. I do not recommend Anchor Auto Glass on Magnolia Beach road. Had to take my car there for a driver side door window. It was cracked due to a lawn service. As soon as it was done, Anchor was demanding payment and trying to rush my husband out of there, which we know why now. He was trying to say that Trevor Smith was trying to get out of paying the bill which was not the case at all. He was trying to go through insurance and was on the phone with his insurance company trying to get it all figured out. Mark called me and ended up hanging up on me because apparently I was not the one that he was trying to reach. Mark kept just telling my husband to pay it and us worry about getting our money back. Mr. Seals provided me with the best service when getting my windshield replaced. He was very thorough and knowledgable about his services and made me feel completely at ease with the process. He was quick and effective and got my car back to me the same day. I would highly recommend giving him a call.
