Our first impression wasn’t the best. We test drove a car, it was dirty, the salesman didn’t seem interested in our sale and we left. However, so glad we gave them a second shot. 2nd time around Rich Melville was highly informative, very helpful with picking the car, patient with all our questions and there was no pressure or push to get into anything. Derrick was great in the finance department. No pressure, no hidden fees. Such a relaxing, easy purchase! I LOVE my car!! We will definitely be repeat customers!!!

Studied the used car selection in the lower price category as my Plan B in case my 2006 Colorado with the check engine light couldn't get another 2 yr exemption. I had heard good things about Anchor from a former boss. What a great experience I had. The salesperson I had was Ali, frankly I was a mess, after spending hours at another dealer. He seemed genuinely happy to meet me. It really helped that I walked in knowing what I wanted. I have heard about the lack of good used cars but I refused to have that be my experience. This was the first time going here. It was actually a pleasant experience for going to a car dealer, no hassle salesperson, huge selection to browse, to the financial department which was stress free. My wife and I brought our daughter here to buy her first car. I went in going to myself here we go again another 5 hours of chaos dealing with pushy sales personnel and trying to sell you something you don't want or something you can't afford but this definitely change my mind on how they operate. I would definitely recommend going here to at least give them a chance for your service because I myself was pleasantly surprised .
