Excellent service! North Smithfield Auto Body restored my car to pristine condition. Very professional! After a valet service hit another vehicle with my car, I discovered NSAB. Alicia was so helpful, handling all of the coordination with thr Valet Company and car rental. I got my car back today and it looks beautiful, inside and out! I had left a favorite delicate seashell in the console and it was not harmed, despite s very thorough cleaning. I am so grateful to have chosen NSAB to get us through this accident!

I was involved in 2 accidents within 2 weeks. There was major damage to my vehicle and I needed shop that could repair it correctly as I am picky with my vehicles. I had never used this body shop before but gave it a shot. I have a say that I was shocked when it was ready to be picked up. I was 100% expecting to be able to tell where the repairs were but I could not tell at all. My vehicle is a Mazda CX-5 in the Soul Red Metallic color, which is an extremely expensive and difficult to match paint. Usually you can tell a slight difference between the metal fenders and the plastic bumpers but everything matched perfectly. In fact, it looks better now than it did before the accidents. Even the tow hook cover, which never matches any vehicle I have owned, matches the rest of the vehicle. Tommy

The best service I’ve ever gotten from an auto repair shop! It was a privilege to have this hardworking, compassionate, and highly communicative staff taking care of my Mazda. They handled me and my insurance/rental situation with grace & generosity - even when I showed up distressed on Christmas Eve. They don’t make em’ like this anymore :)

I truly cannot say enough great things about Tommy and Alicia and the team! After being sideswiped and having the entire driver’s side of my 4Runner scratched I took my car here because of their years of experience. Not only did I pick up my car looking better than before, but they went above and beyond with getting her detailed. It’s a shame it only lasted a day with the snow! Will continue to recommend them and bring my car here before anywhere else!

North Smithfield Auto Body is one of the best In the area. Alesha in the front office is an easy to communicate with and Tom the owner is the same way. The work Tom’s team has done for me has been impeccable. I always keep my cars clean and whenever I picked up my cars after the repairs they are spotless in and out. Again Thank you Alesha and Tom
