Wayne, Tony, and staff were attentive and accommodating. They were able to get my truck in asap, called with regular updates, and treated me like they wanted my business now and in the future! I’m fairly new to the area but I’m sure this will be my go-to place for truck service.

I can’t say enough about the staff at this dealership. I travel with dogs all over the country for training and running dogs in sanctioned events. With a trailer of 20 dogs and having a catastrophic electrical failure. I contacted a much larger dealership first in Crestview, Florida and they were rude and unwilling to help. I called Andalusia Ford, and they were more than accommodating. Pulled a Service tech and immediately put him on the job. They also went above and beyond to get the third-party. Warranty to pay for the repair. And the owner gave me a vehicle to use for the day. You don’t get service like that everywhere I would buy my next truck from them even being from Virginia.

Stopped by to get the transmission serviced on my 2020 F250. Was told they didn’t offer that. Also had snide remarks and give my wife grief when she had hers serviced here because she bought it from a different ford dealer.
