I had a great experience with this company. Needed my car towed, the process went smooth and fast. Special thanks to Richie who was the tow truck driver. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He provided great service and made sure everything was safe. I would like to thank dispatch ladies, they were very polite and patient. They made sure that I would get latest updates and provided quick solution for an emergency situation that happened in my case. Thank you again!

The lady and man in the office was super professional and nice. I had a rotation and balance done and they did not just do the job and send me on my way. they did the job and tried to fix the problem and even test drove it after to make sure everything was working properly. that is the only tire shop I’ve ever seen do that. normally they just want your money and put you out the door but not this place. I definitely recommend them and the price is way cheaper than what I would’ve expected I’ve got 35 inch mud tires on 20 inch wheels everywhere else was charging 100+ dollars and a lot of the other places wouldn’t even touch my tires because they were too heavy or too big this place was happy to do it and for reasonable price. We brought 2 vehicles over time to Anderson Auto. This included replacing 2 injectors, oil change, etc.. At first I felt they were honest, but prices were little on the high side. I accepted the higher price because of the honesty. However, our last experience left me seeking a new repair shop. We had a 100k mile 2015 Chrysler T&C with symptoms of a misfire shortly after the engine warmed up. After a diagnosis they reported the engine was bad and had a hole in one of the cylinders. The repair was estimated @ $9k which included a new engine. They suggested I call around or go with a used engine but confirmed the engine block would need to be replaced. I was told that some one would be to tow my car in a hour. I called back a hr later and the lady Denise got an attitude with saying that they are behind and started over talking me when I asked to speak with the manager. I spoke with the manager she was very nice and helpful. In my opinion I will never use them again
