Anderson Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

This is what there service shop did to my truck for a simple recall. They didn't want to help me at all. The recall reprogramed the computer the timing was changed and compression broke the head and bolts now its spraying diesel all over. I had an independent shop to make sure and they confirmed. Never buy anything from Anderson any brand. They're refusing to help me. Check out the video

I rolled into town having problems with my current vehicle and bought a lightly used Toyota tundra from these folks. They were very nice to deal with and went above and beyond to help me with my old vehicle and the new vehicle as well. Amanda was great!

Very nice dealership! Randy was my Service writer and was so friendly, professional and thorough! The waiting room area was spotless, comfortable and offered all sorts of complimentary drinks and snacks! One of the employees came through the waiting area several times, asking if everything was good or if anyone needed anything. Having been in the industry 40 years before retiring, I can honestly vouch for this dealership being very accommodating! I only visit the area in winters but will happily return if needed!

I don’t normally spend the time to leave a review, but when you receive exceptional service I think it deserves a mention. I was leaving town, with my fifth wheel trailer in tow, to meet a group of guys for an annual hunting trip, when my check engine light came on showing “Diesel Filter Full, Power Reduced, See Dealer”. The first thing that I thought was, “Are you kidding me”! I didn’t want to end up being stranded in the middle of nowhere, so I turned around and headed back home.
