I was passing through town on a Saturday when my AC compressor went out. They ordered it that day and installed it as soon as the parts came in. Was in and out in no time. Ron was very accommodating and got right on it for me! Awesome service!

The service department is amazing and thank you to George and Lacey for always taking care of maintenance on our vehicles. And our last dealings with the sales department was amazing so I think we’re done on Ford‘s for the Our life but they’ll be always coming back here for service. Super shout out & thank you to John our salesman.

Anderson Ford in Kingman....DO NOT GO HERE!!! Ive had several issues with this place. Had a new Escape with a recall that they never fixed after several attempts to get this done. Took my Ford F150 for an oil change on a Saturday and got home to make sure it wasnt leaking oil from the drain plug like previous times. Found a dent in the hood. They showed me horrible camera videos that dont prove anything and dont want to admit to it. I also found grease and oil left all over the truck. Sloppy work from the technician, who also potentially damaged my vehicle that im still paying for. This place does not take accountability for anything, and they will beat around the bush to try and sweep anything and everything under the rug. Im not impressed at all with them handling things in a timely mann

Ron has been great to work with in the service department. We are trying to figure out what is causing my right rear Tom's to not be seen by the trucks computer. Waiting for Ford Corporate to let us know what's next. But still the service there has been great.

I took my wife’s Bronco into Anderson Ford in Kingman AZ for a few small things to be updated. Meeting with Service Manager, he was prompt to get going. I was in & out in an hour, then making a second appointment for Keyless Entry install a few days later. Very nice respectable service.
