My daughter and I were stranded in Evanston on our way to Florida on a Sunday afternoon when our car started stalling on the highway. Monday morning, I got the car to Chad Anderson. He literally dropped everything he was doing, moved another car out of the garage that belonged to a local customer "who wasn't in a rush" and proceeded to diagnose and work on our car throughout the day. We were able to hit the road again in the afternoon and made it safely and without any more issues to Florida. Sunday afternoon I had contacted a number of mechanics asking them to contact me as soon as they got my message - I have yet to hear from any of them. Chad was a a lifesaver, and we can't express enough how much we appreciated his help!

Broke down and called these guys. I recognize that it was on a Sunday and they were closed so really appreciated them answering the phone and mentioned as much but that’s where the appreciation ended. We hit something on the interstate while towing a large boat home to Salt Lake and had a punctured tire and needed help desperately as we were literally stranded and Chad wanted to charge me “at least $50” to walk literally across the street to see if he could help and even then it was “no guarantees”. Unreal. I wouldn’t trust these guys to treat anyone fairly or with kindness. Avoid if you can.

On a girls trip, we stopped in because we forgot to check our tire pressure before leaving the house and needed some adjustments. Russ was very kind and helped us put our pressures right so we could get back on the road.

Very helpful and professional. The best towing service AAA can have for their customers. Quick and reassuring in a time of need. The day was rough, but the highlight was Anderson Services! AAA should be proud.
