took my Tesla for a state inspection. Good service with reasonable price . The gentleman picked up the phone to do the scheduling is kind and helpful. They text to remind the appointment which I appreciate .Friendly front-desk staff and nice office setup with God’s wisdom on the wall! Thank you!

Just a quick shout-out to Andrews Auto. While visiting the Lancaster area we hit a pot hole. Soon after the check tire pressure light came on. Not wanting to get on the interstate without having the tire checked we stopped at Andrews Auto to see if they would take a look at it. Our first reaction was how clean and pleasant-looking the front office was. The guys couldn't have been nicer and were more than willing to help us out. We didn't have to wait long to find out that everything was fine and pleasantly surprised when they said no charge! If we lived in the area this would definitely be our go-to car mechanic. Great place, great employees, and great service. Definitely a win-win!

Having just moved to the area, one of my biggest concerns was finding a mechanic I'd be able to trust... didn't take long! The transparency of service and their desire to talk with you to make sure the job gets done right speaks volumes. Have had several jobs done, from basic oil changes and alignments to more complex repairs, and they've delivered every time.

I was in the Lancaster area for an event and my car started making some terrible sounds. Andrews Auto was willing to fit me in last minute. The staff are great! Brian helped me both at the beginning of the conversation, and explained what needed to be done at the end. Thankfully, there was nothing wrong with my vehicle and they were kind enough to not charge me for their time! I think this is an excellent business (and very clean!), especially considering the superior level of customer service. Highly, highly recommended!!

Got all 4 tires replaced. One blew out and I learned that all 4 were old tires on my used vehicle that I recently bought were dry-rotted. At Andrews they always go beyond the initial problem and make sure to find the root problem. Trustworthy, dependable and transparent. 3 qualities that can be tough to find in a mechanic.
