This business is the best I have found in a long time. I had previously took my chevy Silverado to another automotive shop twice for AC issues. Each time it would cool for a short time and quit working. My neighbor Mr. Taylor told me to take to Andrew's repair as they know how to repair at a reasonable cost. So glad I did. They are one of the best repair shops in Baldwin County and I plan on taking my vehicles to them for oil changes and any other problems from now on. Doug Campbell in Loxley Al. Thanks again Andrew's! I purchased new tires for my 3500 dually truck from another retailer. It became apparent there was a balance issue with the new tires. I was unable to receive assistance at the retailer or any of its fanchise locations. Learning of their reputation of professional work, I took my truck to Andrew's. As a result, because they have the proper equipment combined with professional/experienced staff, the defective tires were identified, replaced , and properly balanced. I now have new tires that deliver a smooth ride!

Everyone was terrific from the service writer to the great guy who worked on my truck. From the first visit, when both of them came out and actually looked at what I needed done to the second visit when the actual work was completed. Also, was respectfully given a military discount which I greatly appreciate. Highly recommend and will definitely go back.
