Caliber Collision

My experience with Caliber Collision Spanish Fort was nothing short of the best experience possible. The whole staff were very professional, prompt, and so curtious. I had my vehicle back looking better than it did before my wreck within a few days. I highly recommend this shop to all my friends, family, and if the need arises I will always use them.

By far the worst experience I’ve ever had at any auto body center. Issues as follows They replaced my window with a non tinted window( nothing was wrong with my window) ( was my first time going back) They replaced headlight- was different color. ( was my second time going back) They “replaced” my door trim with a different shade (Third time going back) They never plugged in my door lights or heated mirror (Fourth time going back) Went up there today. The seal on the inside of my door looks super shotty. Will post pic. When I pointed it out I got told “sorry bout that” ( still not fixed) I kept swearing up and down that my car drove funny and they kept telling me nothing was wrong. I took it somewhere else and my rim is bent. And when I told them today was told “you have to call geic

Justin, Ken, and Bruce were all amazing from start to finish!! I didn’t get the woman’s name who works in the front lobby, but she was super sweet, funny, and helpful!! I will always use caliber collision!! Mr. Bruce knows his stuff!!
