Andrews Roadside assistance to the rescue!! Recently my BEV dodge charger left me stranded. What should have been a simple tow stretched into a nearly 8hr ordeal as multiple towing companies were assigned my vehicle by roadside assistance and failed to be able to provide service. Andrew’s roadside made it happen when others couldn’t. For context, BEVs are usually significantly heavier than ICE vehicle due to the battery, and mine weighs more than most SUV’s. The first tow company showed up and lacked the necessary equipment to tow my vehicle. The second company cancelled because they didn’t think their equipment could reliably haul my vehicle the 11 miles to the closest dealership. The third cancelled for unknown reason, which resulted in Andrew’s roadside assistance finally being dispa

Great service and hassle free! Shaun did a great job and was extremely patient and professional. My year of Mustang is not easy to get into without breaking a window, and Shaun was slow and meticulous with it, and I was finally able to get my keys that had fell to the floor as I was getting out. Would definitely use his services again.

Huge thanks to Andrews Roadside for coming through when my truck stalled after my alternator died. Shaun was my driver and showed up promptly, which was a huge relief. He helped quickly diagnose that the alternator had failed and got everything handled without any hassle. On top of that, he was a great guy to talk with, which really helped make a stressful situation easier. Professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Absolutely incredible service from Andrews Roadside. Mr. Andrews went out of his way to call different shops on a Saturday to help fix my car. He towed my car to a shop and gave me his card to call him if I needed further assistance. I live in Virginia and when I broke down… I’m so grateful Andrews Roadside showed up.
