I came to Andy's automotive for an oil change and inspection on a vehicle I had owner for ~5,000 miles. they informed me that oil lines were leaking, but due to having no oil loss in the last 5k I scheduled the service for the following week and drove the vehicle. 80 miles later The truck was out of oil. Andy's stated this was my fault due to diving with an oil leak. (I do not believe that there was an oil leak due to the 3k trouble free preceding miles.) After having the oil lines replaced I again ran out of oil, and discovered that the lines were improperly installed, as verified by two independent mechanics. Other minor items appeared to be incomplete as well, indicating that the job was simply not done right. Customer service after both incidents was defensive and rude. I suggest that

This isn't Andy's anymore. Same name new owner and a horrible one at that. Left me high and dry with thousands of dollars into an auto repair. Just refused to fix what he started. Don't risk it. Go elsewhere! Update: December 2025 I did sue the LLC Andy's Automotive. Technically Roscoe (the new owner had begun the warranty work on my car and was obligated to continue that work). The original work done by Andy, the previous owner, was an entire engine swap. The check engine light had been coming on and off since the swap. In order to access the warranty Roscoe was required to submit photos to the manufacturer. After 4 days of holding my car he didn't even do that. I contacted the manufacturerer who confirmed with me they never reieved anything. After that I was stonewalled and subsequently

Great service and a trustworthy shop. They keep me updated from start to finish. They're friendly and take the time to explain what's going on with my vehicle. I recommend this shop to all my friends. I've been taking my car here for years and won't take it anywhere else.

My sister is on a fixed income, so I help her out when needs oil changes or work done on her car. Her car made terrible noises when she stopped and it had a few other issues. She took it to Sean at Andy’s. Sean was able to look at the car and give us an estimate within an hour or so, it was quick. Sean was professional, very thorough and kind. I live in Texas and he trusted me to pay for the repairs long distance. He completed the work on my sister’s vehicle that same day. She said it runs and stops perfectly with no odd sounds or noises. Car repair is usually stressful, but Sean made it easy and affordable. I have confidence in the work he did and that my sister’s car is now safe and reliable. Thank you so much.
