Very minimal interaction with the company. Our car was towed here after an accident. We got there and was treated with kindness. We were able to get what we needed done in a timely manner and go on with our day. Helped to make this stressful time a bit easier.

Very RUDE management. Our car was in accident and was at their yard. Asked if we could drive back because we are both in our 70’s and are handicapped as well. His was answer NO you will have to walk the stuff out of your car. Would not recommend this place for anything. The girl at the counter was very very helpful. Her manager is RUDE. I feel sorry for all of his employees if they have to put up with his attitude all day long. I wonder if he treats his own parents like this? Makes you wonder.

Have been a customer of Andy’s for many years. Nothing but exceptional services from towing to auto body repair. Andy is extremely knowledgeable and will contact insurance companies to ensure your vehicle has top quality replacement parts. We wouldn’t go anywhere but Andy’s Champion

If I didn’t occasionally have to deal with Andy’s Champion for work-related reasons, I wouldn’t step foot near this place. The owner comes off as more concerned with squeezing every dollar than providing decent service—and it shows. Customers are expected to handle tasks that should clearly fall under the responsibility of staff or management. The level of disorganization and lack of initiative from the team is frustrating, and the owner’s attitude doesn’t help. If you’re considering this shop by choice, I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

My son is a freshman at PENN and unfortunately got into a car accident in October. Being away from home and from the first responders to the towing to Andy champion auto body he was treated with the utmost care! Andy at the auto body was caring and patient and answered all of our questions. He did admit that it would take up to 2 mos to fix the car. My son and husband finally got the car over the weekend and after looking the car over we were impressed!!! Andy and his crew did an amazing job. Thank you Andy. I highly recommend this autobody
