Very rude associates called me and yelled at me and hung up, cursed at my family members, All 4 of my family members cars were left with there windows down over night, and forgot about 2 of my vehicles

A very nice family run shop! Being new to the area I didn't know who to call when my car wouldn't start. Andy Jr. came out to tow my car, and actually helped me get it running again on the spot. Then when I got it to the garage they immediately went to work on it - I was in and out in under two hours for a good price. Another time i stopped by with a minor maintenance issue, expecting to have to wait a while to be seen, but again they immediately took care of my issue in about 15 minutes and for a low price. Comfortable air-conditioned waiting room and friendly service, I will be back with future needs.

Very excellent service, Andy runs an excellent shop and enjoys helping the community. I have known him for many years, very happy to call him a teacher at times. He is a person who you would enjoy talking too, very educated. His son Dan is also a very polite, and educated asset to the shop. Every customer will always leave Andy's with a smile and say that they have learned something new.

Do not bring your car here for any reason. I had my car towed to this location because after it died on the side of the road. I am not from the area and they were the only place open at the time of the incident. They asked me what I thought was wrong, which I had no idea, and proceeded to fix things that had absolutely nothing to do with the problem. The communication is also terrible. I was told it would take 1-2 business days to get the job done. When I called on the fourth business day, after they had already put work into my car, he had said "I'm stumped, I don't usually do too much work on foreign cars and don't know much about them" and proceeded to attempt to fix it.
