I had someone hit me and total my car. To my surprise the dealership had removed my gap insurance in order the get the payment under what I asked for without my knowledge leaving me paying for a car I no longer own. It was a really stressful and emotional time but Shawn at Anointed Handz was incredibly helpful and worked with me to get me into something reliable and affordable. He treated me like a person and a friend instead of just a customer and I can tell he genuinely cared. I was nervous about not getting the title instantly but I got it in a week. Would 100% do business with him again! Love my Dodge Charger!

Sean was very helpful. I got a good reliable vehicle at an amazingly low price. They even held the vehicle for me overnight and waited patiently for me to come look at it. I am very pleased with the customer service and honesty of this car dealership!

I’m 51 years old I’ve owned close to 50 vehicles in my life 50 used vehicles n i have dealt with all types of car dealers, and Shawn is the real deal. I trusted him. I bought a car in January 12, 24 from Annointed Handz. It is now March 15, 24 and I still have not received a title, nor will they return my calls or texts, after answering one call saying they will call back after checking, and one text after asking me to send a picture of the bill of sale. I was told the partners has a falling out and the title is being held by DayShawn McClain and he wont provide it. I have to file for a bonded title due to this. Also, the car was advertised and sold to me with 156,000 miles on the bill of sale, however carfax reports 256,000. If I could obtain the title from DayShawn McClain and not have to go thru the ordeal of applying for and paying for a bonded title, I may possibly remove this review. However, people do need to know what they are risking when buy
