Anthony's Full Service & Express Car Wash Pelham

I have been to Anthony’s many times and have always had decent service and a good car wash. This time both were poor. My car came out of the wash with wet and dirty. The wash I purchased was supposed to have all the things. It did not. When I mentioned that my car came out dirty I was told that the washes get most of the dirt. There were no towels out, so when I asked for some- the person sitting behind the counter looked up from her phone and told me to go ask someone outside. No one was outside. Overall it was an unpleasant experience. I was very disappointed and hope that someone there will pay attention to what their employees are doing.

Excellent service. Top notch for high end work. Ceramic coatings are the best thing you can do, if you care for your vehicle. They've got you covered!

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The worker embarrassed me on the state of my car. I know it’s dirty. I have kids. That’s why I took it to get cleaned. Who insults a customer like that? Didn’t understand why you have to embarrass me about it. Never coming here again.

These people love clean cars. Amazing service, friendly staff that goes up and beyond. Eric and Amanda are great hard workers always wanting to help. Love their smiles! Great hire!

The only problem i have with Anthony's is no matter who it is that vacuums the car they never get beside the seats between the seat & console and up under the seats .. For a $60. Carmel wash please guys vacuum well ! .. Fyi .. I tip well ! And would like to continue keep doing so but if you aren't earning it than that's on you .. Js
