Parts department is absolute trash. Paid 200 for a brand new part and when I opened the box it was clearly not new . The leather was ripped and there was what looks like blood all over the handle ! Secondly they never even told me that my part came in . I had to keep calling after waiting , waiting - . This is not the first time this has happened with parts from there either. Do yourself a favor and steer clear
Never an issue here. Check in was quick. Employees are friendly. They get you in and out as quickly as possible.
These folks know their business and conduct themselves to a T. Shop here. Keep your 14 year old VW running here. Rock and Roll !!!
Never have commonly used parts in stock. Always lies and says discount price on special order parts (100% mark up from o line dealership orders!)
