Most horrible place for repair or service. They charge me allmost $400 for diagnose but they never even found problem and there was $60 worth of shop supply on top of $400. This dealership is complete scam. I would never buy this junk vw or never go into vw dealership.

Took my car to them while on vacation. Battery light was on, and AAA tech had tested the battery, and it was good. However, the battery had died because the alternator wasn't charging it. This dealer took 2 days to even look at the car, and then insisted that they had to replace the battery first, for which they charged $465 (!). Took another entire day for them to do this, and then quoted $2100 (!!!!!!!!) for a new alternator and $1100 for something completely unrelated. Took it to an independent mechanic, who charged under $800 for the alternator, including parts and labor, and had it done same day. So at least the dealer's diagnostic was correct. Went in for warranty work, got my car back with damage to the steering wheel. I contact them about it. They claim that because I don't have supportive evidence they won't fix it. In other words, if you plan to take your car to this shop, make sure you take pictures of the outside and inside, because if they do damage it, they won't help you. Also note, don't bother calling corporate. The corporate office told me they don't get involved with dealership damage and told me to deal with the dealership directly. WOW. To start, my VW is a 2018 model and out of factory warranty, so I wasn't expecting any kind of special treatment in the Service Center. 2 stars because the staff are friendly enough, and they were quick to take my car in after I arrived for my scheduled appointment. Be aware that it will cost you about $200 from the get-go for the diagnostic summary of your car and any issues you're having. Sure, they top off your fluids and tire pressure, but it's a pricey way to find out that you need to spend even more money. After they're finished with your vehicle and you pay the cashier, make sure you check with the service desk every half hour instead of waiting for them to bring you your keys.
