We finally found our Sprinter guy in the area! Fast service and clear communication. Thanks! UPDATE: After getting our van back, we began the planned trip to a friend's wedding in Texas. We got as far as Pennsylvania when we realized the coolant leak and oil leaks had not only continued, but gotten worse. After making it to a safe location in Virginia (needing to top off the coolant twice in one day) we had lost two quarts of oil. We are now stranded in VA, van is in a shop here. We will likely miss the wedding in Texas that we are a part of. It seems that the coolant hose they "tightened" needs to be replaced. The oil leak was not properly addressed as the only attempt to fix it was to replace the fill cap. There is a bolt missing from our EGR cooling sensor and the sensor needs replace

The dealership told me that I needed new leaf Springs, so I got a second opinion from anything auto. And apparently there was nothing wrong with my leaf Springs. Very honest mechanics, they are worth their weight in gold.
