Phil and his crew hit it out of the park on my family's 2011 Camry. I know it may sound strange, a 15 year old commuter sedan with 250k on it, but Phil and his guys understood what she means to us. After a quick look at the car, Phil gave me a quote, we set up when he needed the car, I dropped it off, he called me to let me know when it was ready. He coordinated to have my windshield replaced and ever offered to get my state inspection taken care of while he had it. The quality of the work was fantastic, everything was clearly communicated, the work was done fast, in the timeliness we had discussed, and at the price I was quoted. I would not hesitate to take another vehicle to Premier. Thanks again for taking care of our Camry!

I have been trying to do a review for 3 months now! And I realized whatever I write won’t be good enough to express how happy and satisfied, me, my family and the company I work for, are with Premier auto body . The timing, the services and the attention is more than 5 stars! The fairness of the price! The attention and help right way when one of the company truck got stuck on the side of the road in Burlington, I will be forever grateful! The services I received from Premier Auto Body were excellent, and they went above and beyond with the job. I had gone there because my car battery was dying on me, staff were professional, approachable, and friendly. I had left my car overnight and got it back the next day. During that time, I was updated on the status of my car and payment as they began to work on it. I also needed an oil change, and they found that my front brakes needed work, which they completed as well. The effort they put into helping me was exceptional. Not only did they help me get back to my area of residence, but I had also noted that my car needed to be inspected, and I had asked if they did inspections. Phil and his crew were amazing! They listened to me explain what was happening with my car, did a preliminary diagnosis and came up with a plan which made sense to me and wasn't overly priced. When I brought my car in to have the work done, Phil ran a second diagnosis which led him to call the dealership for more information. The work he did ended up being less expensive and fixed the problem! he said he wasn't just going to start changing parts without looking at the whole picture, he didn't want me to pay for unnecessary parts and labor. I thought that was very honest of him as most other garages would have just started changing parts without being certain that it would fix the problem. I will continue to take my car to Premier Auto Body from now on and highly recommend them.
