Ronnie was great! Very polite, amazingly attentive and an absolute pleasure to work with. When I called, he was very nice on the phone and agreed to the tow. It took him about 5 minutes to arrive at the location my vehicle was disabled. He quickly loaded my SUV and took us to a local motel for the night. We were advised by Ronnie that he was pretty booked and didn't have time to look at it on that day but he could the following day. A couple hours later he called to advise what the malfunction was but I missed his call and didn't get back to him until after business hours. At that time, he advised me that he already ordered the part arriving the following day and would be able to get us back on the road the following morning. We had a forklift in Chester that needed to be picked up. Ron, Ron Jr. & their crew made things extremely easy when it was time for them to meet our driver there to bring the unit bac to Minnesota. Great service & very fair pricing! Will definitely be using them if we ever need tow in the area again. Would recommend them to anyone!

I have been taking my family's cars here for yrs & and I will go nowhere else !! Ronnie and his crew are amazing to deal with , in today's world , especially Automotive it's so hard to find people you can trust and that are fair. They're not like everyone else they will tell you what you only need and you can trust that !! I could trust letting my wife or daughter go up there knowing that they would not be taking advantage of , keep up the good work guys I will always highly recommend you to anyone I know !

Recent visit for oil change and some other small issues. Jr and Andrew got me in quick and back on the road fast at a low cost. Very pleased with services.
