Had a great experience with the guys on 8/9/24 battery went dead on truck they sent someone to jump start it a hotel where I was staying. After getting it started went to store and they got a new battery and installed it and got me on my way. This was late in the evening about 8 so shout out to these guys.
These guys are awesome and I count on them on most everything I need.
Wife n I traveld to chester Friday the 13th,went to Taco Bell,parked in frt,went in to eat,came out,vehicle wouldn't start,I left my headlights on. Across the hiway was OREILLYS AUTO PARTS THANK GOD.I WENT OVER THERE AND ASK IF THEY HAD A PWR PACK I COULD USE OR RENT,THE YOUNGMAN GRAB HIS PWR PACK,WALK WITH ME TO MY CAR AND JUMPD ME,THEN WOULDNT TAKE A 20 DOLLOR BILL,No CHARGE! HIS NAME TAG SAID CODY,SO HERE TO CODY,AND OREILLYS THANKS SO MUCH👍
Counter guy acted like I was asking for more than his job when I bought a $150 battery. Cause it was heavy. Then he took the battery caps because he 'needs to have those around' I wouldn't go back to this store based on that one guys attitude
