While traveling up north for work, the rear bumper on my vehicle suddenly came loose and started flapping dangerously. I was genuinely worried it might fall off entirely if I kept driving. It was a Friday, and every nearby auto shop was closed until Monday—but I couldn’t afford to wait, as I was hours from home and had to stay on the move.
