Northtown Collision

Northtown was phenomenal to work with. They were quick to schedule me for an estimate following my run in with a deer. They assisted with quickly sharing the estimated repair costs with my insurance and scheduled me for repairs. It was easy and stress free. Their Team was extremely friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated their efforts to answer any questions I had without making me feel as if I was a bother. While my car was in the shop for repairs they also provided me with a loaner car, my car took a few weeks to repair and had Northtown not been kind enough to provide me a loaner car I would have racked up insane rental fees, or would have been without transportation which is a necessity for work and transportation for my family. After a deer hit they got my car looking great again. Paint looks prefect and body panels line up perfect. Like it never even happened. They even provide picture updates during the repair process to keep you up to date on what’s happening with your car. They were very polite and professional. I hit a deer while I was home. I travel out of state for my job. They got it in and finished to accommodate my schedual. Amazing service, fit me in and had my car done in a timely manner and staff is very amazing with communication and the work they do. Would definitely recommend. Great job!!!!! Loved that they worked with my insurance and I had nothing to do.
