Very regrettable purchase. I bought a 2020 Subaru Outback in April of this year from them. There were some red flags that I should have taken more seriously about this dealership. First off one of the wiper blades did not even touch the windshield and when I tried to add wiper fluid it just poured out of the bottom. I took it back in and they said they fixed it. Turned on the wiper, still didn’t touch the windshield. Poured more wiper fluid and it still poured out the bottom. They ended up taking parts off another car in the lot to replaced both of them. Since these are basic safety hazards that they told me were fixed and they obviously weren’t it became apparent that they do the bare minimum to get a car working enough to sell. About a month later the ac went out and the car started over

I bought a used Subaru from Omar at AO auto. It had a rebuilt title but was in good shape and had low mileage. After a month of owning the car a noise that was very faint when I bought the car was getting a lot worse and a lot noisier. I had been talking with Omar about it for a bit and he told me to bring the car in and they would see what they could do. They ended up replacing the transmission which was making the noise, at no cost to me, and that is not a cheap replacement to do. These guys go out of their way to make things right and to make sure you are happy with the purchase. Thank you Omar. I am impressed.

We had a great experience with Yousef at AO Auto Sales! We got a new car after our accident and they were very respectful and helped us prepare everything necessary since we were coming to get the car from out of state! They helped us to get the car checked by a local mechanic and did any additional repairs. They really took care of us and we highly recommend!

We just bought our used Prius from them and we are very happy! We are far from the city and they took the car to a mechanic we chose so we could inspect it before buying it. Everybody was so friendly, helpful and honest and we had a great interaction with them. We would recommend them to anybody looking for a used car.
