Chase was awesome. He did what he had to do to get our radio in. He even stopped what he was doing to service us. I highly recommend you guys go to Apex Automotive for radio installation. He made sure everything that needed to be done was done before we left. We are definitely satisfied with his service.

Chase did a great job replacing the touchscreen in my Cadillac XTS. He was able to work me in quickly, and the whole process was very professional. I highly recommend.

I would not use Apex again. We Venmo'd $319 to him on August 7 to order a radio for our vehicle and he kept saying it was coming with various reasons why it hadn't come in - for weeks. Now he is not responding and mailbox is full so can't leave a voicemail. No radio and out $319. Will try to get my money back from Venmo. If I could leave less than one star, I would. Poor business practices.

AAA service. Chase is very polite, professional, and informative throughout the whole process. Very knowledgeable on acoustics and body modifications with very competitive pricing without the sacrifice of amazing service. thank you Chase my car looks and sounds amazing ur the man!!!

Very quick stereo install, however --i was charged $150 to hook up the harness wires for a $15 basic radio. Plus I gave the employee extra equipment and stereo. He did not check my speakers or give me any difference in price when it took him 32 mins and now I have to find another place to inspect my speakers. They intermittently work. I would think $150 is very pricey to splice together approximately 12 wires and not even check everything. My fault for allowing myself to get taken advantage of I suppose. If you got money to throw away I guess this place is fine if you want to go multiple times til they do ALL the work 🙄 No, I asked about the speakers and the installer told me he did not look at any of the speakers. They cut in and out and he was not even able to tell me if ALL the speaker
