Our heat went out in the car in the dead of winter. We took it to Hyundai first, they took 4 hours to diagnose and we left with a $1600 quote to repair. Took it to apex for a second opinion, they diagnosed the issue within 5 minutes and replaced our blender actuator with a new one. The work Hyundai wanted to do was unnecessary (taking the whole front end off to repair the heat) hence the labor quote. We are so thrilled to have our heat repaired by Mike for a very reasonable price. The whole team there was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and great communication. Thank you!!!

The worst experience with a mechanic I've had. Do not rely on Mike for large, expensive and important jobs.. I have been without my vehicle for seven months and counting. He put a faulty transmission in, and now refuses to correct the issue and return my car with a functioning transmission. He relies on excuses and gas lighting as customer service techniques.
