Sonju Ford Service

I took my car in for an electrical diagnostic and they broke the hood latch. I couldn’t afford to bring it back to Sonju to fix it. Customer service is nice, but just go elsewhere.

I arrived for my appointment on time. Staff was very personable and professional. They completed the update and checkup in a very timely manner. And I was on my way. I was very pleased with the experience.

So...my first experience with Sonju. I am generally confused, but this place is really confusing. I made an appointment for a 150k service, showed up 30 minutes ahead of time, and then waited about 25 minutes by the entry door because there wasn't any signage, signal, or person to check me in. Just cars parked everywhere waiting for someone to give us directions. They are understaffed, like the rest of the world, but maybe let folks know where to be in line while waiting to get checked in. Really great service, but they said I only made the appointment for an oil change...didn't really need that... Needed the transmission and axles serviced... They said that they didn't have time for that. But they said they would give me an estimate. I already had one from their website, but I guess that

Broke down coming south thru Two Harbors. Called to see if they could help us. Lady who answered phone said she would check and call us back. No call back. For future reference you should follow thru with what you say you will do so people can make a decision on what to do next. Thanks for nothing.

Most expensive ....of all places.
