My family & I have used this shop for many years now. The guys are always super friendly & do great work. They make it really easy to see what needs to be done to the car with the digital invoices they send & give you the option to accept or decline online. They’ve always been very quick & efficient with any fixes that I’ve needed on my vehicle. I prefer taking my vehicle to this shop instead of taking it to the local dealership!

So this was my first experience with Apex automotive and I must say it was literally the smoothest and stress free experience I've ever had. First off you get acknowledged soon as you walk in which speaks volumes to me about the customer service. I let them know what I wanted and that I had a coupon and it went well from there. I decided to wait since it was just an oil change. So this is a first, instead of having someone come explain to you the breakdown of costs which resorts to you asking how much everything cost. Which can make your head spin and mouth drop sometimes let's be honest lol Instead, you get a link that you can see everything they are describing and YOU choose what you would would like for them to do.
