Premier 1 Towing & Recovery

So my car broke down on my way home from work. I called these guys the next morning at 6am and Chad picked up on the second ring. He was very friendly and professional. He gave me a fair price and a time when my car would be picked up. My car is lowered and he was concerned about scratching my bumper so he brought ramps to load my car safely. What else can I say. Good price and on time. He also sent me a picture of my car loaded up and a call that it was safely dropped off at my mechanic. I hope my cars never break down again but if they do this is the first company I’m calling. Thanks Chad.

Awesome towing service! The dispatcher did a great job estimating the wait time. Once Chad the driver showed up he was lightning fast and careful hocking up my truck. Chad did a great job taking me back home, I was thoroughly impressed and grateful!. 💯 if I ever need a tow I'm calling Premier 1, no doubt.

I was in a pinch and called multiple companies, but Premier 1 was the only one who even answered on a Saturday morning. My tow took a little longer than expected, but Chad was great! The patient dispatcher took multiple calls from me and updated me the entire time. Once Chad arrived he looked at my car and gave his best opinion on damage from hitting a curb (resulting in a popped tire). Super courteous and friendly. Even sent me pictures once my car was delivered to the dealership. Would definitely recommend!

My slave cylinder went out on my mustang on a Monday morning before heading to work and I couldn't engage my clutch at all to start the car. After finding a transmission shop that would work on it I called Premier 1 Towing to have it towed to the shop. We set an appointment for the next morning and Chad called me multiple times to give me an update on his ETA to my location. He had it loaded onto the flatbed and delivered to the transmission shop within an hour and sent me a picture of the vehicle when it was delivered. Chad was friendly and professional throughout the entire experience and the price of the tow was decent for being 15 miles away from the shop. If I ever need a towing service, I will feel comfortable using Premier 1 Towing again for their services.

Thanks for the tow, they did a great job. Our Tahoe couldnt be put into neutral, and we had hired 2 previous tow companies and neither had skids or wheel dollies, so they just dragged it. This was the only tow company that took the time to do it the right way and not damage our transmission by dragging it! Thank again.
