On my way home from Dallas to Central Florida. Unfortunately got caught up in ice on I-20 near mile marker 14.6 at 6:30PM on a Saturday evening. I hit the center divider at about 40mph. I called approximately 14 other shops either no answer or told they were not interested. Decided to try Diesel shops. Thankfully these guys understood accidents happen on the weekends in the evenings, not just M-F 8am to 5pm. It was after 10pm by the time I got towed to their shop. I told them just get me mechanically sound so I can get home. They gave me a ride to my hotel, communication was professional and adequate. I give Apex 5/5 stars! The thermostat on my Jeep went out on the 23rd of Dec right before Christmas. I called around that night to find a shop and Apex was open and eager to help me that night. I towed my vehicle to his shop in the middle of the night and he worked on it Christmas Eve and completed the work. Scott the owner is extremely friendly, transparent, and gives a lot of communication which I find important with a mechanic. He was always professional! By far one of the best experiences that I had with a car technician. Fast, professional work and great customer service!

Our truck brakes locked up in a customers driveway. That had never happened in 26 years and we didn’t know who to call. Couldn’t find anyone to make a service call. Found Apex on-line. We just started bringing all of our companies fleet vehicles to apex. Guys at the shop our quick and easy to work with. Make recurring maintenance on the truck really easy especially since they do mobile service.
