He went above and beyond taking care of a car emergency this winter as we passed through Albuquerque. I was traveling with my wife (who was 4 months pregnant) when the engine mounts broke down. Despite being booked that night (and acknowledging my worry), he drove up to find me on the road just within minutes and reassured me he would fix our car. He made sure we spent the night in a safe area, went exactly to our location the following day, helped us get the car parts, and fixed up our truck promptly so we could get our way home.
