I bought a 2013 Honda Civic from Apex Motors of Hawthorne in July, after seeing it advertised as a "Great deal" on Cargurus. The car looked great when it was delivered to me in Maine. When i took it to my mechanic for a mandatory state inspection, they called to tell me that there was so much rot to the undercarriage that it was beyond repair. I contacted Apex and received a call (after much prompting and a couple of days. He told me that they had not idea about the damage and would pay a reasonable amount for repairs. I contacted a body shop for an appraisal and was told (in writing) that the car could not be repaired and that the dealership should never have sold the car. I have sent the letter and pictures to the dealership and I have had no response at all. This was a pure case of frau

Very Good Dealership, They were very helpful and patient with us. Any issues that came up they took their time to address the problem and a solution was found. Not once was anything rushed, would recommend.
