Apopka Auto Glass Anytime

I do not recommend Apopka Auto Glass. On 8/31/2022 I booked and paid $235.00 using my credit card for a windshield replacement for 9/1/2032 THAT I NEVER RECEIVED! The timeframe I was given for the technician to provide service was 8am - 2pm. That's 6 hours. Technician was a no-show and did not contact me until I HAD to call thier office and spoke to Lynn. When the technician called back, he wanted to come out around 4pm after I waited after 6 hrs. Extremely unprofessional and I cancelled. Still have a broken windshield and credit card charge for service I did not received. Lynn stated she will refund that I paid for. But there's a charge of $235 on my card for windshield replacement that never happened. I HOPE APOPKA AUTO GLASS IS A LEGITIMATE BUSINESS AND REFUND MY MONEY ON MY CARD.
