Apopka Complete Auto Repair Muffler Man

I took my vehicle here on December 22nd for an A/C repair. I was told the compressor and condenser needed to be replaced and that the job would take one day. While the A/C was successfully repaired, the lack of professionalism regarding the rest of my car was unacceptable. ​During the repair process, they damaged several parts of my vehicle, rendering them unusable. Specifically, they broke the engine splash guard (skid plate), the front left wheel well liner (an area nowhere near the compressor), and several clips that hold the front grille in place. ​When I brought this to the manager's attention, their response was that 'those parts were already damaged.' They took zero responsibility and didn't even offer an apology. It is incredibly frustrating to have a shop fix one thing while break

I had a great experience with the Muffler Man and honestly wish more places operated like this. My exhaust had twisted off after a weld broke and was basically hanging by the hanger. When I called, they immediately understood what I was describing, walked me through the likely fix, and gave me a couple options without any pressure. They were able to get me in the same day, which was huge. I had already called around to a few other places, and some of the quotes I got were hundreds more... the kind of pricing that makes you feel like they’re hoping you don’t really understand the problem. Driving 30-40 minutes to this shop was the BEST DECISION I made for repairing the exhaust on my wheelchair accessible van. Dray took the time to thoroughly, thoroughly explain everything that was happening with my vehicle. He saved me $1K+ from what the Toyota dealership quoted me. Dray and Nick explained in detail the exhaust system that would best suit my 2006 F150. Work was done in a timely manner with care. Would recommend for mechanical needs with your vehicle. Thank you guys 5/25/25 Changed the oil in my 20ft Dodge ram RV but could not replace the oil filter so I stopped by to see if Nick could explain the procedure. Next thing I know Nick has Rodney check it out and changed the filter for me. This is the reason I use this repair facility for all my vehicles. Can't thank you enough guys. Customer for life:)
