The guy who I spoke to who works here was incredibly nice, just didn’t see the value in any of the cars on the lot for bi-monthly payments. Just about everything is worn down quite a bit too much unless you’re in dire need for a car, which I was except the payment structure they have is horrible so I chose a slightly more expensive car somewhere else I could finance monthly with ease

Definitely would not recommend!!! I’ve had my vehicle for 10 months and had nothing but problems out of it, I spent over $500 getting it fixed just for the motor and transmission to go out of it whenever I called and asked them to make it right or to assist me and fixing it. They pretty much told me they won’t do anything to help me, and that I had to have four more thousand dollars to pay on my car before they will even “consider “ trading with me… I had to pay for a rental car along with the car payment and insurance because they said the guy needed to talk to was out for Thanksgiving( Which I needed a car to go see my family for Thanksgiving as well ) I also expressed my concerns that my mechanic said the transmission fluid was black and that it looked like it had never been maintenance

I advise anyone specially a woman, to take a mechanic with you, I got a car with them last yr and yes I should have known better, I thought they were being honest, it was smoking a lil and I asked about it and the guy said oh that's just were I spilled oil when I did the oil change, so I was like ok I have had that happen before so like a dummy I thought the Mechanic knew what he was doing WRONG and yes I know it's as is but hell who expects to have to pay 1200 dollars in 2 weeks of having the vehicle the oil pan had leak in it by the time I drove home from Asheville there was oil every where, the tie rods were bent and the Master cylinder had to be replaced... Terrible experience!!

Typical buy here pay here. They slap crappy motors and transmissions in these cars. I buy cars from the auction myself so I know how this goes. If you get a car from them and it breaks down then make sure to take it to any licensed Mechanic and have them hold it until you can “pay” for repair. Then when these idiots at Appalachian motors start calling and threatening repossession…let them know your car is at the shop getting serviced. They will try to go retrieve the car from the shop and that shop WILL NOT release the car until Appalachian motors cuts them a check or brings cash to pay for “storage fees” while the car was sitting there. Make sure to let it sit there for a good amount of time to rack up charges so that Appalachian motors has to pay a lot. Don’t allow these idiots to play w

I wish I could rate this lower than 1 star. I regret ever purchasing a vehicle from this lot. The pricing was absolutely unreasonable, and the vehicle immediately stated having issues. I will never return to them- and I highly encourage others to think very carefully before trusting these horrible people with their money. Truly wish I had read these reviews before purchasing.
