I’m very disappointed with my recent experience at Apple Auto Sales. In my case, I paid for parts that I was told would be ready within a certain timeframe, but they never arrived. I repeatedly contacted the store for updates, but I kept getting delays and excuses. At this point, I feel like I didn’t receive what I paid for, and the lack of communication made the situation even more frustrating. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t feel comfortable recommending this place until they improve their reliability and customer service

The best local dealership, they have lots of cars to choose from and fair prices. The owner was very helpful. I’ll definitely come back to get my sister a newer car.

I have dealt with this dealership and purchased four cars from them — each one better than the other. The owner, Shaan, is completely honest and trustworthy. I’ve been doing business with him for over five years, and everything has been excellent, thank God. This dealership is truly outstanding when it comes to pricing, reliability, and the quality of their vehicles.

Sold me a truck and scamed me. Waited a few weeks for it picked it up to find out it still needed a part for it. Was told to bring it back i called them to bring it back ì keep get the run around and now told i picked it up already. Dont understand how they can get away with this your better off going to a different place than this

My grandson with autism needs to be in London to get his cast looked at. My old minivan was dying and couldn't take another trip down the 401. Shawn went above and beyond to get a reliable van that fit our budget. He said that he would have the vehicle by Friday, but ran into a couple of unforseen problems. He took the time to get the problems fixed and had it ready by Saturday afternoon. I now have a clean, smooth driving, exceptional minivan to take my grandson to London in.
