Applewood Pointe of New Brighton is a great place to live. In addition to our location on Rush Lake, we have lots of wildlife in our backyard. Long Lake Regional Park is just on the otherside of Rush Lake. We recently refurbished the inside of our Co-op with new carpeting and furniture. Come take a tour and see our beautiful building and grounds.
Applewood Pointe of New Brighton is a beautiful home for active, engaged members aged 55+. Located on the shores of sparkling Rush Lake; you can enjoy a walk on the wooded trails, or take your kayak out for a relaxing afternoon paddle. Maintenance-free lake living means that travelers and snowbirds can just lock the door and go! The very best amenity of all is the warm, friendly atmosphere! This is a caring, cooperative community.
I wanted to spend more time with my family and friends and less time on home maintenance. Applewood Pointe of New Brighton has exceeded my expectations! No more taking out the trash and recyclables. No more lugging in the bags of water softner salt. This maintenance-free community not only saved my back but it also gave me the freedom to spend time with my grandkids and volunteer in the community.
Love this building! It is located on a beautiful property. Donna and Katie are very helpful as well!
