Ship Shape Car Wash

I was there getting a car wash on Thursday, January 15 at 12:00 pm A gentleman that works there that is always in a bad mood not friendly at all and very disrespectful. He said his name is Jack, which I don’t know if that’s his real name But my FRONT windshield wiper got broken while I was getting a car wash and the gentlemen will not help me out. He told me that there’s nothing you guys can do, but on the policy, says that you guys Are not responsible for rear Wipers/assemblies so I would like to talk to the owner and get this fixed on my Mercedes. Thank you in advance.

Buyer beware. Since the per-wash price ($25 for "Graphene") was so high, I signed up in the spring for Unlimited. I paid $38.99/month for 7 months ($273.93). But I only washed my car there 3 times. So each wash cost me $91. My fault for letting it go on so long? Sure. But now that I've gone through the ridiculous cancellation procedure (by phone or visit only), I will never use this wash again. Exterior cleaning, some working vacuums, and no towels for wiping down interior. I can get that much at a convenience store for far less $$. If they'd offered to refund me for the charges beyond what each wash would have cost, I might think of them as fair-dealing. Instead I just think they're just opportunists offering a so-so product.

They advertised there was an underbody wash. There was no underbody sprayer at all. Just a regular run of the mill touch scrub car wash. I paid extra for the underbody wash package. My car recieved zero underbody wash. Way too expensive for a generic car wash that lies about undebody wash. Dont waste your money here.

I prepaid for a wash and came here specifically because they had a picture of a touchless bay on the website. I get there and it’s not touchless at all. Once in line, you are kind of stuck. Pretty deceptive, IMO.

Good prices, friendly employees. You can get unlimited car washes for $20 plus tax per month. This is useful for the winter months, when our roads are full of salt and gunk. Just wish they were open a bit later. Lucy and Punky also enjoyed their trips here.
