I lost the tire on my truck while going down the highway. Towed it here that night and they had it fixed and back on the road by the next day. Very friendly people and super reliable not to mention the fair prices, I definitely recommend this place if you are local to the Tuttle area, will definitely come back here if I ever need repairs in the area again!

These guys are really sharp. I had some strange issues with my Yukon. They were able to diagnose what I feel was a very complicated problem. But, all repairs made. Yukon is running great. Really trustworthy mechanics here.

The owners, mechanics, and technicians are excellent!!! They have decades of experience. I have experienced and witnessed the way they use their expertise to help my family and my close friends keep our cars and pickups in great mechanical shape. They're honest and their prices are good. Trust has a huge impact on who I choose to hire. Even if APS charged higher prices than they do, I would still take my business to them!! My most recent experience was with my 2009 F-150 It had problems starting. I knew it was an unusual problem to trouble shoot. APS was really busy that day but the mechanic got it in the bay near the end of the day. He had it started within an hour. It turned out to be a bad fuse.

I recently called APS to ask about getting both an oil change and spark plug replacement done at the same time. I was a bit confused when they told me they could change my oil right away but couldn’t do the spark plugs in the same visit. I tried to get some clarification, but before I could even ask why, Chuck abruptly cut me off and said I have no technicians, said he was too busy, hung up. I felt like my questions weren’t worth his time, which honestly seemed pretty disrespectful. I’ve heard mixed reviews around town about this shop, and now I understand why. Customer service definitely could use improvement, and I regret wasting my time giving them a call.
