Champs Car Wash

My husband and I have had a membership with Champs for 4 years. The service has gotten worse over time. We're supposed to have the most expensive membership but everytime we drive through to get our vehicles washed, we get a quick once over and sent down the line. Today my husband took his truck to be washed and before it was strayed down they pushed the button and sent him down the line. That is not the premium service we have paid for. The brush that's supposed to dry the hood, front windshield, top and back hasn't worked in many many months.

Excellent facilities. I like that they have attendants to do some prewash stuff. The included vacuum and rags with cleaner are a great touch as well

Update your Sunday hours. Staff said Sundays you close at 7pm but online says 8pm. I could only get a car wash and wasn’t able to use the vacuums do to being shut off at 6:50pm. I would have gone somewhere else and not waste my money.

These guys CONTINUE to EARN my membership! They ALWAYS go the extra mile. Rubber car mats, no problem they will wash them. Best vacuums in the area, courtesy towels and window solution at the vacuum stations and an Extra bonus, compressed air blower. Perfect for drying out emblems, mirrors and those pesky window seals that drip water the whole way home! I love this place! Pro tip, make car wash extra fun with the kids and pretend you're in a submarine and the scrubbers are octopus and squid tentacles or sea urchins etc, we have a blast! Thanks Champs 🏆

My apologies I meant to hit 5 star - I have had plenty of experience with this location since it's opening - as luck may have it they and my neighborhood were built right across the street from one another and I'm a little O.C.D. about my vehicle so I joined their unlimited monthly club and the prices were quite reasonable I'm able to keep my ride looking showroom Clean for a month for what 2 washes normally cost at other car washes and their equipment is well cared for and they even supply microfiber drying towels for the customers to use and just put back in the dirty laundry and they wash and fold them and put them right back out for the next person- obvious that they care for their customers.
