Aptos Tire & Auto Care

We frequent the Aptos area but we’re from 3 hrs Up North and we’re down here for the weekend. I pulled up with the donut on because I caught a nail overnight. They fixed it plugged it on the spot and got me out of there in 10-15 mins.

I'm Chinese, and despite the language barrier, they helped me, inspected my car, and repaired my car for a small fee. They are a lovely group of nice people.These guys were really nice and helpful. Chris is a good guy and went out of his way to help me.

Our 2001 Toyota Sequoia broke down 20 minutes outside of Aptos, Ca. Aptos tire and Auto Care was within bike riding distance from where we were going to be staying and the reviews looked pretty safe. We kind of felt like we were drawing a repair shop out of a hat and we're a little bit nervous but this repair shop did not disappoint. We had to have the vehicle towed late in the evening and left a note on the dash for the mechanic. They diagnosed the defective fuel pump first thing in the morning and gave us a quote that was on the very low end. They were able to replace the fuel pump and filter and had our car ready to go early the next day. It's great to find a quality repair shop like this when you are limited as to where you can take your vehicle. I would highly recommend them. 👍👍👍

Glad others have had good experience here but my parents brought my car in for oil change and to rotate 2 tires that were mismatched. They didn’t do that and instead charged us for a rebalancing that we didn’t ask for. My dad even asked to make sure they switched the right tires and they said they did but didn’t. Maybe it was an honest mistake but feel like they took advantage of my elderly folks who were just trying to do me a favor.
