I really wanted to like these guys, so I'll start with the good: I think Adan is honest about what work does and doesn't need to be done on your car, and he is very willing to take the time and talk you through what's needed and why. He has also owned up to some (but not all) mistakes. The pricing is fair and the team is friendly. The bad: after a few too many mistakes, I no longer felt like I could trust the AQ team to fix the problems I came in with, and in some cases, they gave me new problems to solve. AQ swapped out the engine in my Outback for a new OEM one, and the car ran great for about 4 months. When it started to lose coolant again, I brought it back to AQ to figure out why - it turns out they had reused old stretched head bolts after replacing my head gasket. They acknowledge

Came here a couple of times for my STI, seemed like a pretty good spot to come to get work done until I went for a clutch and flywheel replacement. When I got my car back my a/c stopped blowing cold air, my hood hydraulic strut stopped working, and airbags for the side light came on OUT of no where.. to my instincts I believe they replaced my working parts with non working ones which is beyond wild to me. Luckily for him I didnt have solid proof before the repair so everyone should be ready for this type of stuff when you go these places. Went to the dealer and the a/c compresser replacement was around $5000. I was pretty pissed off

Outstanding service, this a great shop off the beaten path but well worth the trip! I showed up early for my appointment, my mistake, but Hector helped me out and fit me into his busy schedule, this is how customer service is done. I'll be bringing back my Baja for all my work, great shop!

I called about a week in advance and scheduled an appointment with Abraham for 10/01/25 at 9 AM because my car was having issues. When I arrived at 9 AM, I was told Abraham wouldn’t even be in until 11 AM. This made no sense since he was the one who told me to bring my car in at 9. I left my car anyway and returned around 12:30 PM to check on progress. When I finally spoke to Abraham, his response was simply, “It’s an all-day thing.” I understand that repairs can take time, but if I had an appointment at 9 AM, I expected at least an estimate of when my car would actually be looked at. Instead of providing clarity, he repeated “it’s an all-day thing” and then very rudely told me that if I didn’t like it, I could take my car as is. At that point I decided to take my car back. Very experienced & super knowledgeable reps... I consider myself a real car enthusiast & these gentlemen knew what they were talking about...I've built several cars & upgrades both cars & SUV's...fm interiors, to carbon fiber exteriors, with suspension upgrades, braking system upgrades, to having super engines... I take my vehicles here & so to my colleagues, all with the same outcome... VERY PLEASED & that is with all the work they perform on our vehicles... Super happy to have found them yrs ago & to still use them for all of my vehicles needs...
