Aqua Spa Car Wash

Awful service with shifts ran by careless young adults. My car was still visibly dirty after the wash. I drove back around and asked if I could go in one more time. The attendant told me my car wouldn’t be perfect since it’s white and was initially too dirty. (He wasn’t present before I drove through the wash to make such a statement) i think I speak for everyone when I say, you go to the car wash wit a dirty car. I asked to speak with manager and he gave me a number which ended up being the other location. I then found the correct number to Robert’s road location, talked to someone whom told me I could go back through the wash. DO NOT GO HERE. They do not stand behind the quality of service. Your car will still be dirty and the attendants don’t care!

I have two cars both with monthly passes which are a fair price. I only use the touch free wash as I hand wash my cars when they need a deeper clean because I do not want swirl marks or scratches from the full touch wash. This is the only touch free car wash in Hilliard that I've found with a monthly pass option. The wash itself is okay. Doesn't get the bugs in the summer or road grime in the winter, but its good for the in-between washes. The reason for the low rating is that the touch free almost always has a line of 5 cars or more and the car wash closes too early. I find myself pulling into the car wash and turning right back around and leaving as I dont have 30 minutes to wait in line. Too bad the touch free side isn't open 24/7. I wash all my cars here. Its a great location but I just dont understand what the purpose is with the teens who preach your car there if all they are doing is going through the motion with at any care or concern. I hope they wipe thier butts better than they prewash your cars.

I was attempting to fix my wheels when I was driving into the car wash, and when I had a difficulty turning them, they started laughing at me and yelling at me saying that’s what happens when you don’t turn your wheels correctly. If you’re going to make fun of your customers make sure you realize that they can hear you. This happened with two men. 4 PM. February 7.

Paid for the ultimate touchless wash. Vehicle was still filthy afterwards. Looks like I sprayed the garden hose on it and called it a day.
