Alfonso dropped everything to come and meet us after we were stranded on the side of the interstate, after a piece of concrete debris fell out of a trailer and my family, and I hit it on our way home from vacation He came to where the vehicle was, helped us assess the damage, he was so courteous and so polite and so understanding.
