Just went through this car wash due to seemingly good reviews to test it out before purchasing the unlimited package that’s offered. Thank goodness I did as it is literally the worst wash I’ve ever seen! For the $21 I spent I could have done a better job probably twice elsewhere! Truthfully my 6 year old probably could have done better! That is the first and only time I will be going unfortunately as sadly the young man who is supposed to be guiding me in was not as he was paying more attention to the girl in the little office then proceeded to barely do any of the prewash of my vehicle on the front and rear as they’re supposed to even with me watching but again too busy talking to even notice. I am not one to leave a review, especially a negative one, but I was not happy with the outcome of the car wash I receive a few weeks ago. My husband and I recently bought a new 2024 grand Cherokee. It was no more than 3 weeks old when I took it through this car wash. This is the first car wash it has been through because I typically hand wash it. There were NO scratches on this car. I went through the car wash and when I got home, my husband noticed a scratch from the bottom of the front, all the way up to the top on the through the first sun roof. We went back and they took our names down and later contacted us later in the week. They told us there was no possible way this could have happened through the car wash when it is very possible. I asked to review the video, but have still not
