They called me “donkey.” I took my car there for an oil change and was told there was a small leak from the drain plug. They said they temporarily stopped it but that I would need to replace the oil pan at my next oil change, and they charged me $240 plus the oil change. I got the exact same job done elsewhere for $120 total. Later, the same guy told me I didn’t need to replace the oil pan, that he had already fixed it for me, and then called me a “donkey” to my face. If that’s true, then why did you give me a quote and charge me for it? The prices are ridiculous, the staff is rude, and the bald manager is extremely disrespectful. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

If I could I would give them zero stars. I feel bad for the one American worker who's actually really nice in the shop but everybody else is very disrespectful and demeaning. I brought in a new to me car for purchase and paid the hundred something dollars that it was for a bumper to bumper inspection. I let them know I understood the left wheel bearing was already bad and that was it. When I picked up the car they simply told me the only thing wrong with it was the wheel bearing and the AC compressor. Less than a month later I found cracked control arm members completely blown out bushings and many other problems that any first year auto tech confined within the first 60 seconds of having it on a lift. Great service. Called and got a tow and new battery. They were honest and fair prices.

I sent my employee there to fix one of our cars, There was a bald guy, probably Arabic originally, was super rude, even there was almost no customer he was acting he was busy and giving random prices which isn’t matching with the quotes he gave earlier. Not trustworthy and not reliable place. Don’t recommend.

Sadly, I post a grossly over charging 4.5 hours quote to replace an alternator for my 2014 Toyota Camry. Having owned a Chevy Nova since new, I have replaced alternators in the past. Now at 77, I am less likely to do the work myself; however, the thought of several hundreds of dollars, created a challenge. I finished the work in less than 45 minutes. For oil changes or inspections they are reasonable, but for less routine service, I strongly suggest getting a second opinion/quote from another shop before accepting a quote from this company.
